Strategy, scope and skeleton of Spring 2025 UTA student UX website projects.


1- THE LOADING BAR
There seems to be two different type of Gaming Bars. One s that focus on retro games such as arcade games and physical games like basketball, billards, etc. and those who focus mainly on the online and modern games systems and PC. Being able to enjoy these two types of styles often means going to two different places, but the goal of “The Loading Bar” is to be able to combine both of these atmospheres to create a seemless gaming experience for all types of people.

3- SERENGLADE SPA
Issue:
Emma, a busy professional, books a deep-tissue massage at a luxury spa but arrives to a crowded waiting room and a receptionist who can't quickly locate her reservation. This causes frustration and undermines her experience.
Strategy:
Business Goal: Enhance guest experience, increase bookings, and build customer loyalty.
User Needs: Provide a seamless way for guests to book treatments.
Target Audience: Wellness enthusiasts, travelers, high‑end spa seekers, corporate workers.




4- COZY BAKES
Issue: Finding a cozy bakery where you can find varieties of pasty and not only order in person, but also online. As there are multiple of bakery, so what would make this one any different from the other ones. Each one can order online, have rewards, varieties of pasty, and etc.
Solution: Creating a Bakery where people can not only eat varieties of pasty, but they can learn how to bake. This website will allow user to buy and learn
to bake at home. Making it easily essential for user to watch and learn if they want to learn a new skill in baking.
